Alade Nursery /Primary School which was formerly called BIODUN Nursery/Primary School ,approved by the Ministries of Education and Home Affairs /Social Welfare Division ,respectively in 1978.

The institution was founded by Revd & Mrs. J.A Taiwo, of blessed memory in 1976, with 18 pupils in the Day Care Centre; 22 pupils in the Preparatory class; 20 pupils in the Intermediate class and 15 pupils in the primary one. The Proprietress of the institution is Lady (Chief) F.B. Adeleye, and the Proprietor is Engineer Samuel Rotimi Taiwo.

The institution is situated on a piece of land measuring 160,000 square metres, along Offa-Ajasse-Ipo Road, in Irepodun Local Government Area of Kwara state.

The serene environment of the institution makes it very conducive to learning and healthy living. For urgent need and the attention of medical services, the institution has successfully established her own clinic with experienced medical personnel to man the health clinic.

The institution is also within easy reach of both private and government –owned hospitals in Offa and Ajasse-Ipo.

The institution runs a full course for Nursery /Primary Education. The subjects taught include: Mathematics, English Language, Primary Science, Social Studies, Computer Studies, Health Education, Agricultural Science, Yoruba, Vocational Studies, Verbal Aptitude, Quantitative Aptitude, Christian Religious Knowledge, Islamic Religious Knowledge, Physical Education, etc

The Staff Composition of the institution comprises:

(i)                 Teacher’s Certificate ‘A’; Nigerian Certificate of Education, degree and Arabic certificate holders.

In addition, there are three hostel attendants (mothers), Kitchen staff, one nurse / one clinic attendant, two typists, security personnel, drivers, compound cleaners, two cashiers, receptionist, etc.

The school operates both day and boarding facilities, with comfortable hostel accommodation and the needed parental care. The school opens at 7.30 a.m and closes at 3.30 pm each day. Punctuality and hard work is our watchword.

The motto of the school is –“BRIGHTER FUTURE”.

The school has produced many academicians who have made positive impact in their field of study, within and outside Nigeria.

The school is administered by the incumbent Headmaster, Pastor Antui Toye, his indefatigable Assistant Headmaster, Mr. Joshua Osundeyi and a team of qualified, experienced and hardworking staff.
